• DOB: Month, Day, Year
• Time Of Birth: ie 10:55AM
• Baby Weight: Pounds and Ounces
• Baby Height: In Inches *PLEASE check your email after you order, just in case I have a question. Feel free to message me any questions you may have as well.

Details:

• They measure to 9x11.
• They come customized with babies birth stats and a photo of your choice.
