PROOFS: Proofs will be sent via email before items are printed and shipped. I allow up to 3 revisions. You have 24 hours to approve your proof. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours your items will be shipped.

COLOR QUALITY: Colors display differently monitor to monitor. The colors on screen may be slightly different from what is printed.

REFUNDS: Refunds are not available due to time spent on your customized items. If you have any issues with your item(s) please contact me so I can try to find a solution.
